CY-CNC-2620全自动工艺玻璃切割机

1.基本原理

其工作原理是将被切割的玻璃由输送带输送到工作台上,首先机械定位把玻璃位置对好,带有金刚石刀轮的切割头靠程序控制分别沿X向和Y向移动,对基板进行切割。机器的控制部分采用CNC运动控制卡,驱动部分应用了先进的交流伺服电机。

2.设备组成机构

全自动切割机:由底架机构、横梁机构、玻璃加工桌面、刀头机构、输送机构、机械定位机构、电气控制系统组成。

3.详细工作步骤

整个工作过程有PLC自动控制或手动控制均可完成,手动方式主要在设备调整和维修时使用,每个动作可单独完成,也可用来进行正常工作。给出取片信号(人工、自动均可)后,翻转、系统工作,电机驱动机械反转机构使吸盘臂翻起,并达到和玻璃一样的倾斜角度时翻转停止,前移动电机使吸盘移动,顶部吸盘旁的检测开关接触到玻璃时,前移电机停止。此时真空系统工作,吸盘开始吸附玻璃,当真空压力开关达到设定压力时,根据玻璃厚度可调真空泵停止,吸盘的伸缩连杆机构通过电机驱动把玻璃提升起来,在此工位约停数秒后,确保单片玻璃吸起,电机驱动机械翻转机构使玻璃反转至传输台面,伸缩连杆机构使吸盘与玻璃同时降落,吸盘吹压缩空气快速释放玻璃,传动机构启动将 玻璃片送到上片机前端至信号点停止。接着整个机架移动自动找到零位后停止,等待切割台发出信号,便可与切割台同速将玻璃片送至切割台上,玻璃送出后自动循环上片程序工作,此机台可根据所需玻璃厚度任意选定工位取片。

4.设备性能

1)底架材料选用国家标准含锰型材桥梁钢(Q345A)焊接成型并经过时效处理,此类钢材综合力学性能良好,塑性和焊接性能良好。表面经过特殊除锈工艺去除表面锈斑和表氧化层,底层喷高级环氧化底漆,表面喷涂高级汽车漆;

2)设备经过专业的结构软件分析,保证其机台的稳定,动态的平衡,力学的强度均达到最完美的配合,并确保桌台结构不变形;

3)设备具有一键复位功能,只需按一下触摸屏就能完成自动启动之前的所有准备工作,大大提高工作效率;

4)整体线缆、气管布置合理,完全密封;

5)切割供油方式:设有双油路(分为一般切割油和高级切割油),并有空气过滤装置,保证切割油的使用清洁,切割时自动注油,和下刀同步(两种切割油也可以同时都注,主要是真对TCO,Low-e等玻璃);

6)导轨采用高速静音直线导轨,切割精度高,噪音小;

7)驱动部分采用先进日本安川伺服电机,使设备性能可靠、误差小、效率高;

8)切割操作采用日本SMC比例电磁阀,根据玻璃厚度自动调节压力,刀头360度旋转,上下缓冲下刀切割(可准确切割任何直线及各种异形的玻璃),刀头装有爬行轮,有效防止刀头总成及玻璃的意外损坏;

9)刀头装有下刀保护功能,如果刀头落到玻璃外面或玻璃缺口的处,程序自动停止,有效的防止了损坏零件及玻璃;

10)输送装置,同步自动传输装置,方便玻璃上下片传输;

11)定位装置,光电扫描定位系统与机械定位并用;

12)补偿功能,刀具偏心补偿、间隙补偿、螺距补偿。

4. Equipment performance
